Meet Ted Wozniak, an Accountant and Enrolled Agent. He graduated from York College of the City University of New York with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He worked for ELI ROSMAN CPA engaged in Bankruptcy/Forensic accounting as well as Merdinger, Fruchter, Corso and Rosen P.C. as staff accountant. Ted formed A & W TAX SERVICE ASSOCIATES LTD with Gregory Austin CPA in 1997 and has been in business for 26 years. Ted has been very active in his community of Greenpoint Brooklyn. He held the following offices, President of Consolidated Democratic Club, President of the Pulaski Association of Business & Professional Men, Inc. He was Contingent Marshall of Greenpoint in the Pulaski Day Parade, Man of the Year by the Pulaski Association of Business & Professional Men Inc. in 1997, Citizen of The Year in 1987 and Lector for SS Cyril and Methodius RC Church for over 51 years. Ted received the GOLDEN CROSS OF MERIT from the Republic of Poland for his service to the Polish Community. Ted was written into the congressional record by Senator Carolyn Maloney of New York for his constant contributions to his community. Ted is presently a 3rd Degree Knight of Columbus and a Knight of The Holy Sepulcher. He is a Member of Pulaski Association of Business & Professional Men Inc., St Aloysius Gonzaga Young Men’s Christian Association, Slovak Club and Lions Club all which are community-based organizations.
Meet Kacper Grabinski, a seasoned Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 6 years of experience in the industry and a passion for helping his clients succeed. He holds a Bachelor's and a MBA in Accounting from Fordham University and has been a CPA since 2013. Kacper's professional experience is marked by his ability to excel in challenging environments. He spent five years working in Internal Audit at JP Morgan, where he demonstrated his exceptional analytical skills and his ability to identify and mitigate financial risks. Prior to that, he gained valuable experience as an intern here at A & W. In 2017, desiring more direct client interaction, Kacper decided to make the switch back to A & W, where he has been able to use his skills and knowledge to assist individuals and small businesses with their tax needs. Kacper is not just a great accountant, he is also a great leader. He is a proud member of both the AICPA and the Pulaski Association of Business and Professional Men, which demonstrates his dedication to professional development and community engagement. He enjoys being part of a community of like-minded professionals who are always striving to improve themselves and their industry.
